Community Guidelines & Moderation

Our communities are supportive, respectful spaces for people living with and affected by Type 1 Diabetes. All interactions must comply with our Code of Conduct:

  • Be kind and respectful. Disagreements happen, but we treat each other with dignity.
  • No medical advice. Share experiences, not prescribed treatments. Always encourage consulting healthcare providers.
  • Respect privacy. No sharing others' information without permission. Use first names or nicknames only.
  • No spam or self-promotion. This is for community, not business. Product mentions are OK in context.
  • Support diverse approaches. Not everyone uses pumps, counts carbs the same way, or agrees on everything. That's OK.
